How the Electric Adhesive Removal Works:

Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro Max battery adhesive can be released using a low-voltage electrical current. Tools such as a 9V battery with clips, iFixit VoltClip, or QianLi iP66 are recommended.

Quick Instructions:

  1. Disconnect the battery from the board.
  2. Connect a 9–20V power source to the adhesive tabs.
  3. Apply current for 30–90 seconds to debond the adhesive.
  4. Remove battery easily and replace adhesive during reinstallation.
Please Note:

  • This is a high-quality third-party replacement, not an official Apple product.
  • This adhesive is single-use only — improper installation will require a new piece.
