You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you create an account on GA Tech, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may create/use a GA Tech account only with involvement of a parent or guardian. GA Tech reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this site (collectively, the “Contents”) are GA Tech’s intellectual property and protected by copyright, trademark trade dress and/or other intellectual property laws. The Contents are owned, controlled or licensed by GA Tech and its subsidiaries (collectively, “gatech.co.nz.”). The site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by GA Tech.
You may not download, copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the site, or any related software.
By agreeing to this disclaimer, you “the customer” and owner of the device/s to be repaired by GA Tech, acknowledge that any existing warranty the device/s have will be rendered void.
As such GA Tech will not be liable for any potential warranty disputes which may occur post repair.
If you do not arrange for delivery, where applicable your repaired Equipment within 60 days of us notifying you that it is ready for shipping, we may sell your Equipment to recover our costs.
While data-loss is unlikely, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their backups are up to date. GA Tech is not responsible for your data.
Screen Refurbishment Services
Cracked screens must be sent to the address provided at sender’s expense.
We can only refurbish screens where the TOUCH and LCD are working.
We are only able to refurbish ORIGINAL screens (including previously-refurbished ones). We cannot refurbish non-original screens from third-party manufacturers.
Any screens with flex issues, lines or blocks on the screen, touch issues, dark patches, yellowing of the screen, etc. cannot be refurbished.
Any non-working screens that cannot be refurbished will be returned to the customer at the end of the process.
We give a 6 month warranty on the parts we have fitted.
Although great care is taken when refurbishing the screens and we have the skill, technical ability, experience and machines to do the best job possible it is inevitable some screens may be damaged during the process. Due to the unknown history of the screens, the amount of times they have been refurbished previously and the quality of the various types of screens in the first place (e.g. copy LCD/copy flex, OEM LCD/copy flex, OEM LCD/OEM flex, etc), it is impossible to guarantee a 100% success rate. However, we guarantee to return a minimum of 90% of the screens in fully-refurbished condition. Any screens that develop issues during the process will be returned to the customer and you will not be charged for these screens.
Colours can be chosen within the form.
Payment to be made once the amount of screen have been refurbished. An invoice will be sent to buyers provided email address.

Logic board repair services
Logic board repairs can be done from iPhone 5s onwards.
Should the device gets fixed we will notify customers the amount remaining to be paid to release the device via email.
Customer must provide details of the device in the form provided.
We offer 6 Months warranty on our services (Not included if the device has had liquid damage)
The device will only be released upon full payment.
Return shipping is charged regardless of the condition of the device.
Liquid damaged devices will be on a decision from the customer as there will be no warranty on repair.
Data retrieval may be possible depending on the condition of the device.

We currently accept payment via Stripe, Visa, MasterCard. We also accept. If you are paying by credit card, your credit card statement will show a charge from GA Tech.
Orders paid via credit card are subject to billing address verification. The address you enter as your billing address MUST BE the address at which you receive your credit card statement. All orders for which the billing address does not match are subject to cancellation without prior notice. Orders with a shipping address different from the stated billing address may also require additional verification.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Only parts in NEW, unused condition may be returned to GA Tech Make sure to inspect your parts carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 7 days of the original receipt date. All defective parts returned to GA Tech for a refund will be subject to an evaluation by us. You must contact GA Tech, by completing the Contact Us form or via email to obtain a return, credit or replacement authorisation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. GA tech is not responsible for parts returned without an authorisation form. Any part returned to GA Tech without the proper authorisation and paperwork included will incur be returned to the sender at his or her own expense. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping Cost and Insurance
Shipping and insurance costs associated with returns are firmly the responsibility of the sender. As the return shipper you are responsible for making sure that the return package arrives to us safely, and without damage. GA Tech does, however, share the shipping costs associated with a return for a replacement. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance, while GA Tech will handle the costs associated with shipping the replacement part(s). We cannot offer everyday low, competitive prices, and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.
If you have placed an order and need to cancel it for any reason please contact us immediately. Once an order is in shipped status it cannot be cancelled. All cancellations will incur a 10%, whichever is greater, cancellation fee. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to apply these changes free of charge after a certain point.
Risk of Loss
All parts purchased from GA Tech are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such parts pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.
GA Tech provides a 6 Months limited exchange warranty on all parts it sells. GA Tech does not control the use of the parts it sells; therefore, there are no express warranties other then as stated for any particular part. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. Since GA Tech cannot control the manner in which the parts it sells are used after their sale, we are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages. The warranty provided does not apply to a part if damaged by improper use, abuse, neglect, careless handling, or improper installation. The warranty is at GA Tech’s sole discretion and only applies to exchanges for the same part.
Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
We welcome your comments and feedback regarding our Site, our products and our services. We do not, however, accept confidential or proprietary information. Accordingly, all comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, materials, information and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to GA Tech using this Site or otherwise (collectively, ‘Comments’) are not confidential and will become and remain GA Tech’s property. The disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments will constitute an assignment to GA Tech of all worldwide rights, titles and interests and goodwill in the Comments without payment of any compensation. Comments submitted by you must not violate any right of any third party, and must not contain any libellous, abusive, obscene or otherwise unlawful material.
You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, any of the Contents or the Site. Unauthorised use of the Contents is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
GA Tech is updated frequently to insure that you will view the latest products and pricing available. When placing an order you are agreeing to the listed price. No price adjustments can be made after an order is placed.
GA Tech attempts to be as accurate as possible and continually reviews GA Tech for any mistakes or misrepresentations. However, GA Tech does not warrant that all product descriptions or other content is error-free. If a part offered by GA Tech is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Part availability on GA Tech, while very accurate, is not assured. If parts are not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You can always verify availability by emailing us at the Contact Us link on the website. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your parts have shipped.
