Request a Repair

We repair phones, tablets, laptops, MacBooks and game consoles. If your device or repair isn’t in our online repair quote, tell us what it is and what’s wrong, and we’ll email you a price and how long it will take. There’s no obligation to go ahead.

For an accurate quote, include:

• The exact make and model of your device. The model number is usually in Settings under About, or printed on a label on the back or underneath.
• What’s wrong and what happened, for example it won’t charge, the screen is cracked or it got wet.
• A photo of the damage, if you can.

Once you’re happy with the quote, drop your device off in Queenstown by booking, or send it in by courier from anywhere in New Zealand. Courier repairs come back with free tracked shipping.
