A cracked or dead iPhone 11 screen does not mean a new phone. This Incell replacement is the same kind of LCD display your phone shipped with, with True Tone kept via write-in. Sent from New Zealand stock with same-day weekday dispatch.
Place your order by 2PM on business days for same-day dispatch. Tracked overnight delivery for only $8Â urban areas or $13 rural locations, across New Zealand.
Out of stock
Your iPhone 11 shipped with a 6.1-inch Liquid Retina HD display, and that is an LCD. Incell is an LCD too: the touch layer is built into the display cell itself rather than bonded on top as a separate sheet, which keeps the panel thin and the touch response direct.
So on this model an Incell screen is the same kind of display you had, not a step down to a different technology. It is the sensible, lower-cost way to get an iPhone 11 back to how it was.
This iPhone 11 Incell replacement screen is a complete front display assembly for the iPhone 11, fitting models A2111, A2221 and A2223. It replaces a cracked, blacked-out or unresponsive screen.
Released in 2019, the iPhone 11 kept the XR’s LCD approach and sold in very large numbers, so plenty are still in daily use.
Important information
Rule out first: a phone showing no sign of life at all is more likely a battery or logic board fault than a display one, and glass that lifts without a drop usually means a swollen battery pushing it out.

It may. The iPhone 11 is the first model where iOS checks whether its display is genuine. With a replacement screen fitted, Settings can show an Unknown part entry under Parts and Service History, along with a message that the display cannot be verified.
It is a notice only. The screen, touch, True Tone and Face ID all keep working normally, and nothing about the phone is locked or limited by it.
This screen fits A2111, A2221 and A2223. They are the same phone sold in different regions, sharing identical panel dimensions, so one screen covers all of them.
It does not fit the iPhone 11 Pro or 11 Pro Max. Those are 5.8 and 6.5-inch OLED phones, so neither shares a screen with the standard 11. Check your model number in Settings > General > About before ordering.
For reference if you are doing it yourself. Work on a clean bench with proper tools, and take your time on steps three and four.
It is also the first model in this range where iOS checks the display, so read the Unknown part section before you fit it.
We recommend having it fitted unless you have done this model before. In-house iPhone 11 screen replacement is available if you would rather hand it over, and we stock the iPhone accessories you will want afterwards.
Tools, display adhesive, the front camera, the earpiece and the sensors are not supplied. Those transfer from your existing screen.
Supplied with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the panel. It does not cover physical damage after delivery, damage caused during fitting or while transferring parts, water damage, or wear from repeated removal.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted on unopened parts in new, unused condition within 7 days of delivery, in line with our terms and conditions.
On this model it is the same kind of display. The iPhone 11 shipped with an LCD, and Incell is an LCD with the touch layer built in, so colour, brightness and touch behave the way you are used to.
It may. The iPhone 11 checks whether its display is genuine, and a replacement screen can show as an Unknown part in Settings. It is a notice only: the screen and every feature on it work normally.
Yes. True Tone is copied from your original screen to the new one with a programmer during the repair.
Yes. Face ID depends on the front sensor assembly, which is attached to your original display and paired to your phone rather than to the screen. Transfer it undamaged and Face ID carries on working.
60Hz, the same as the original. The iPhone 11 was never a ProMotion phone, so there is nothing to lose here.
If your model number is A2111, A2221 or A2223, yes. Check it in Settings, then General, then About.
Display adhesive for this model, which is not included, plus a programmer if you want True Tone written across. Tools if you do not already have them.
12 months against manufacturing defects, plus change-of-mind returns on unopened parts within 7 days. Fitting damage, physical damage and water damage are not covered.
Not reliably, and that applies to any screen replacement rather than this part in particular. Apple seals the display with factory pressing equipment that a repair bench cannot match, so treat a phone that has been opened as no longer water resistant. Fresh display adhesive holds the screen firmly to the frame, which is what it is there for, but keep the phone away from water afterwards.
Our 12-month warranty covers this panel against manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused while fitting, physical damage after delivery, or water damage. Cover on the phone itself is between you and Apple, since this is not an Apple part, so check with them first if your iPhone is still inside its Apple warranty.
We replace iPhone screens in our Queenstown workshop, and the price for each model is listed on our iPhone repair prices page.
About an hour, generally, when we fit it in our Queenstown workshop. If you are fitting it yourself, allow longer: the component transfer is the fiddly part rather than the panel itself.
