Signs the battery is worn

Questions answered

My phone is swelling. What now?

Stop using it and stop charging it straight away. A swollen cell puts pressure on the screen and case and should be replaced promptly rather than left in the phone.

Will battery health still report correctly?

Aftermarket cells often cannot report health data the way a genuine part does, and the phone may show a service message. This does not affect how the battery performs.

Does the battery come with adhesive?

No. Every OPPO battery we sell ships cell-only. Strips are under OPPO battery adhesive.

What warranty applies?

6 months against manufacturing defects, and change-of-mind returns on unopened parts within 7 days, under our terms and conditions.
