  (Not valid if physical damage occurs) and (Not applicable if the device has had liquid damage)
• You will have to ship the device or bring it to us locally.
• Allow between 3 to 5 days for the work to be completed. 
• We do inspect the device before and after the repair is performed.
• If the device needs another part or something else needs replacing, we will contact you first.
• You must backup your device before sending it to us. IF applicable.
• We do not take responsibility in case of data loss.
