A trackpad that clicks in one corner and not another, or has stopped clicking altogether, is usually worn or cracked underneath. A swelling battery sitting beneath it will cause the same symptoms, so check the cell before fitting a new trackpad.

The 15-inch trackpad is larger than the 13-inch and colour-matched to the case. The two sizes do not share the part.
