MacBook Air 13-inch Screws

Replacement screws for the MacBook Air 13-inch: A1932, A2179, A2337, A2681 and A3113. Ask us to confirm the exact fit. Fitting can be booked nationwide.

Replacement screws for the MacBook Air 13-inch

MacBook screws are easy to lose and easy to strip, and the base uses pentalobe heads while the internals use Torx. Running a machine with screws missing lets the base flex, which is how cables and ports get damaged next.

Pentalobe P5 on the base. The M-series models use fewer internal screws than the Intel ones, but the sizes carried over.

Buying in New Zealand

Stock for this part moves with supply. If you cannot see the exact fit you need, tell us the model number from the underside of your MacBook, the one starting with an A, and we will confirm what we can get. Everything else for this range is under MacBook Air 13-inch Spare Parts, and fitting can be booked through the repairs service.

Trade accounts and repair shops can order through wholesale.

Questions answered

Which driver do I need?

Pentalobe P5 for the base, and Torx T5 or T3 for most internals. Drivers are listed under repair tools.

Are these the correct length?

Yes. Base screws differ in length around the edge, so fit them back in the positions they came from.
