Replacement displays for the iPad

Screens are supplied as a bonded assembly: glass, digitiser and panel replaced as one. A cracked iPad where touch still works is on borrowed time, because moisture reaches the digitiser through the crack and takes the touch layer with it.

Questions answered

Is the glass sold on its own?

No. The layers are bonded together at manufacture and are replaced as a single assembly.

Do I need adhesive as well?

Yes. The factory seal is destroyed when the display is lifted and cannot be reused.
